Phases of Transformation:

• Calcination: Burn away ego and outdated identity. Light a black candle with a pinch of black salt and hyssop. Whisper:“I release the weight of who I was.”

• Dissolution: Cleanse and surrender. Take a ritual bath with mugwort, basil, and moon water. Write what you’re ready to let go of and release it into water.

• Separation: Sort truth from illusion. Journal what’s real and what’s projection. Pull a tarot card for clarity.
