About Me: A Heartfelt Journey of Healing, Spirituality, and Mindful Magic
I didn’t grow up with access to the support systems people often talk about. Counseling wasn’t an option, and there wasn’t much guidance on how to process pain, confusion, or big emotions. Like many others, I was left to figure things out on my own, long before I was ready.
By the age of 14, I had already found my way into drugs. At 16, I experienced my first overdose and went to rehab. What followed was a ten-year stretch of addiction, survival mode, and self-sabotage. If you know, you know. During that time, I didn’t think about the future much mostly because I didn’t believe I had one. I trusted the wrong people, again and again, hoping someone else had the answers I didn’t.
But somewhere in the darkness, something kept nudging me forward.
In my lowest moments, when everything felt heavy and unmanageable, a higher power God, Source, Spirit, whatever name resonates with you, placed tools in my path. Tarot. Divination. Herbs. Mindfulness. Not as a way to escape reality or predict the future, but as a way to understand myself, regulate my emotions, and begin healing in real time.
Tarot became my language of reflection over a decade ago. It helped me see patterns, confront truth gently, and make sense of things when logic alone couldn’t. Over time, my practice expanded to include pendulums, oracle cards, runes, and other divination tools, not as mystical shortcuts, but as mirrors. These tools don’t tell you what will happen. They help you understand what is happening, so you can choose differently moving forward.
Herbs entered my life the same way quietly, naturally, and right when I needed grounding the most. They taught me patience and presence. Whether through calming teas, nourishing oils, or intentional ritual blends, herbs became companions in both my physical and emotional healing. Every preparation I create is made with care, respect, and intention itsnnot to fix you, but to support you as you find your own balance.
About two years ago, my spirituality stopped being something private and started asking me to step forward. I realized I wasn’t meant to hold what I’d learned just for myself. I was being guided to share especially with people who have felt lost, overlooked, misunderstood, or written off. People who’ve struggled. People who thought they were alone.
You’re not.
We’re just rare.
I don’t believe in fear-based spirituality, gatekeeping, or pretending to be “above” anyone else. I believe in honesty, growth, accountability, and compassion. I believe healing happens in layers, not overnight. And I believe we don’t need to relive every trauma to recognize one another.
We’ll talk. We’ll get to know each other. You don’t need to explain everything all at once.
Everything I offer readings, herbs, rituals, guidance is rooted in the same intention: to help you find clarity, gratitude, grounding, and strength where you are now, so tomorrow has room to grow.
If you’re here, there’s probably a reason.
And if this resonates, you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. ✨

Why We Do What We Do
We’ve been where you are. We’ve felt lost, stuck, and overwhelmed. Even if those times are far and less between, you then know practices and self-reflection is a daily reprieve. We know the struggles of navigating life’s challenges without guidance or support. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to share what we’ve learned—not as experts, but as fellow travelers on this journey of healing and growth.
At C&J’s Mindful Magic, we aren’t tied to any label, group, or segment. What we offer comes from the heart—a genuine desire to make life’s pain feel less isolating and to help others find light in the dark.
Life is a journey, and free will is your most powerful tool. When you use it with humility, love, and light, you begin to see how happiness starts in the mind. The energy you put out, the choices you make today, and the lessons you embrace now all shape the future. While the future is always changing, gratitude for the present moment is what anchors us and allows us to grow.
