Asking Tarot The Hidden Intention Behind Consciousness

I recently asked the tarot a question that spiraled me into a place I’ve never gone before, never thought to. Maybe you're ready to go there too:

“What was the original intention of the Universe when it created consciousness?”

What came through stopped me.I pulled The Star, Death, and the Page of Pentacles and what unfolded felt like the soul’s origin story.

The Star whispered that it all began with hope. Not just survival or knowledge, but a divine longing to feel something real. Death reminded me that transformation was built into our design. We were never meant to stay static. And the Page of Pentacles? That’s us. The students of this sacred school of Earth. The Universe is still learning through us. Every choice, every spiral, every awakening.

But here’s where it got even deeper:

Why did we have to forget who we are in the first place?

I pulled Ace of Cups, 7 of Swords, and 6 of Cups. And the message hit me like a wave:

We didn’t forget as a punishment. We forgot so that remembering could mean something. So that when you finally recognize love, truth, or even yourself, you feel it; great, right? You earn it. You live it.

If we never lost it… would we treasure it the same? I think not, honestly.

Then I asked, “Why would we willingly go through pain again?”

Because your soul didn’t come back to avoid pain. It came to move through it differently this time. That’s what the 3 of Wands told me: You came here not to escape hurt, but to grow past it, to alchemize it. That’s what transforms knowledge into wisdom. That’s what turns a soul into a guide.

And finally… what is the Universe still trying to learn through us?

I pulled Two of Wands and Judgement reversed. The Universe is still dreaming. Still expanding. Still asking:

“What happens when I give you total freedom… and you choose to wake up anyway?”

And maybe that’s where you come in.

Maybe you’re not just here to heal, you’re here to show God something it’s never seen before. When i refer to God, it's the ultimate power. I don't think past the title.
