Why Foundation Matters (And What That Even Means)

To me, foundation means balance. And I like to relate balance to how the body functions.

We’re made of atoms, tiny, intelligent, vibrating particles. So, what do atoms need to thrive?

• Equilibrium

• Connection

• Energy exchange

• Movement and rest

• Space and containment

If atoms, the very core of our existence; require balance, wouldn’t it make sense that our minds, our bodies, and our spirits do too?

To question reality or what we need, is almost silly. Our bodies already hold the blueprint. It's written in our atoms, encoded with answers we keep searching for. -Carly F.

Your body already knows this. It sweats when you're too hot, shivers when you're cold, makes your heart race when you’re anxious, and calms down when you feel safe. 1. I receive a message intuitively or through spiritual reflection.

But let me be clear: don’t use tarot as a shortcut to answers. Don’t ask “Will I marry this person?” or “Will I pass the test?”

Because here’s the truth, tarot won’t give you peace if you’re using it to chase external validation. It only works when you stop asking, “Will they come back?” and start asking, “What am I meant to learn from this?” or “How can I heal?”

The answers you seek are already within you. Tarot just helps you find them.

Life Is a Mind Game, Shift the Perception, Change Everything

Sometimes life sucks. Sometimes things happen that are truly out of our control. That helplessness? It’s real. But here’s the secret: you are never actually powerless.

Your power lives in how you choose to perceive the moment. I always say, life is a mind game. The more you learn to shift your mindset from fear to faith, from victimhood to growth, from “Why me?” to “What now?”, the more you begin to actually feel peace.

No, it doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a daily practice. And some days, you’ll still want to crawl into bed and stay there. But over time, those days become less frequent, and the light starts breaking through more often. You realize the goal isn’t to escape the hard stuff, it’s to be present through it all.

That’s why I’ve become so called to mediumship. Not just to prove life after death, but to offer healing, closure, and peace to the living.
