Turnaround Time & Refund Policy
All readings are delivered within 3 days from the time of purchase. If, for any reason, I require additional time, you will receive an email update with the option to either wait or receive a full refund. If you choose to proceed with an extended timeframe, I will provide an estimated completion date. Refunds will only be granted in cases where the delay exceeds the agreed-upon timeframe and the client requests a cancellation. Once a reading is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
