Ever catch yourself spiraling through the same thoughts again and again like you’re stuck on repeat?
Like:“I should be doing more.”
“No one really gets me.”
“What’s even the point?”
“I wish I could just start over.”
Yeah… that’s not just you. That’s the collective tape a lot of us are stuck playing without realizing it.
We think our thoughts are personal, like we’re the only ones dealing with them, but what I’ve been feeling lately is that most people are actually tuned into a kind of psychic playlist that gets passed around. It’s quiet. It’s sneaky. And most of the time, it’s running in the background like white noise.
But here’s the wild part:The moment you notice the tape? You’ve already started breaking free.
Lately, Spirit’s been showing me that so many of the things we believe about ourselves aren’t really ours. They're patterns. Programs. Thoughts that got picked up from the people around us, or the pain we never had space to process. And when we start waking up spiritually, when we get still, when we pull a card, when we breathe with the earth for a second....we realize:
We’re not crazy. We’re just waking up.
So if you’ve been stuck in a loop lately, this is your reminder:You’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re not alone.
You’re just standing at the edge of the old tape, deciding if you want to keep playing it or finally hit “eject.”
I’m here, not because I have it all figured out, but because I’ve walked through those same mental loops and decided it was time to stop believing every thought that showed up. And when I finally got quiet, I started hearing something softer. Something wiser.
And that voice didn’t shame me. It said:
“You’re not meant to survive on autopilot. You’re here to remember who the f*ck you are.”
