Now that you know what’s blocking you (cough cough if you read Step 1, it’s time to break the cycle.
💡 CBT Concept: Cognitive Distortions & Thought Reframing A huge part of mental stagnation (and by extension, spiritual stagnation) is based on false narratives.
Here are three common distortions that keep people stuck:
All-or-Nothing Thinking → “If I don’t feel spiritually connected every day, I’m failing.”
Personalization → “My spells aren’t working, so I must not be powerful.”
Filtering Out the Positive → “I only focus on what’s not working instead of what is.”
🕯️ Banishing Ritual: Releasing Old BeliefsThis ritual helps physically, mentally, and spiritually release limiting thoughts.
🔮 Materials:
Black candle (for clearing negative energy)
Bay leaves (write down limiting beliefs)
A fireproof bowl (to burn them)
Salt (for protection)
✨ Steps:
Write down a belief or habit you want to release on a bay leaf.
Light the candle and say: “I release what no longer serves me. I step into clarity and confidence.”
Burn the bay leaf and watch it turn to ash—symbolizing transformation.
Sprinkle the ashes outside or into running water, releasing them completely.
💡 CBT Reinforcement: After the ritual, write down:
What new belief do I want to replace this with?
How will I remind myself of this daily?
Step 3: Reconnecting with Your Spiritual Joy (CBT + Ace of Cups + Behavioral Activation)
💡 CBT Concept: Behavioral Activation
When we feel disconnected, we tend to withdraw from the things that bring us joy.
Instead of waiting for motivation, we take small actions to reignite our passion.
📜 7-Day Spiritual Reconnection Challenge:
✨ Day 1: Journal a letter to your past self, forgiving them for feeling lost.
✨ Day 2: Spend 10 minutes meditating on your "why"—why do you practice spirituality?
✨ Day 3: Do a small spell or affirmation ritual that makes you feel powerful.
✨ Day 4: Reconnect with a spiritual tool (tarot, pendulum, herbs) in a new way.
✨ Day 5: Journal about what your highest self would say to you right now.
✨ Day 6: Find one way to give back spiritually (send love, help someone, pray).
✨ Day 7: Reflect: "How have I changed in the past week?"
Final Step: Reinforcing the New Path (CBT + The Fool + Strength + Ace of Cups)
The key to lasting change is reinforcement.
💡 CBT Technique: The "Act As If" Method
Instead of waiting to feel inspired, act as if you already are.
Ask yourself daily: What would the most aligned version of myself do today?
Then, do it, even if it’s just a small step.
📌 Daily Reinforcement Ideas:
A daily tarot pull for guidance.
Morning affirmations to shift your mindset.
A simple ritual (like lighting a candle) to signal a fresh start.
Conclusion: You Are in Control of Your Spiritual Journey!!
Stagnation isn’t a sign that you’ve failed—it’s a sign that you’re ready to grow.
✨ Remember:
Self-awareness (CBT + tarot reflection) helps you recognize the blockages.
Releasing limiting beliefs (banishing ritual) frees up space for growth.
Reconnecting with joy (Ace of Cups + CBT activation) brings back your spark.
Small, daily actions keep you aligned and moving forward.
