Think You’re Crazy? Guess What? You Aren’t the One That’s Crazy.

We’ve all been there – someone tells us we’re crazy for believing in something outside the mainstream. Maybe it’s the way we approach life, or the things we’ve come to understand about the universe. And let’s be honest, at times, it feels like we’re constantly being judged. But here’s the truth: it’s not us, the seekers and spiritualists, who are crazy. It’s the ones who are too afraid to explore the unknown, too afraid to listen to the whispers of the universe, who are the truly uneducated ones.
I’m a self-taught spiritualist. My path hasn’t been guided by a guru, influencer, or mainstream philosophy. Instead, it’s been shaped by my own experiences, deep personal research, and countless experiments where I stayed open-minded to new ideas. Through it all, I’ve discovered my own truth – one that doesn’t just belong to me, but speaks to a deeper, universal connection that transcends any label. But here's the thing: stepping into your power as someone who dares to challenge the status quo can be intimidating. Fear creeps in. The world tells us we're crazy, misguided, or naïve. And that fear? It's what keeps most people from truly exploring their own potential.
Let me be clear – I’m not claiming that I hold the truth. I’m just sharing my truth, and it’s not polluted by the opinions of influencers, philosophers, or gurus. The thing is, what I’ve learned and experienced has opened my eyes to something bigger than any label or mainstream belief system can contain. I’ve seen the synchronicities that connect religions, philosophies, and truths throughout human history. There’s a common thread running through it all, and it often comes back to this: life is a paradox. In fact, when you think about it, life is one giant paradox that makes us question everything we thought we knew.
Energy: The Core of Existence
At the core of our existence, we are all made up of energy. Modern science, particularly quantum physics, teaches us that everything in the universe is made up of atoms, which are essentially tiny particles of energy. These atoms vibrate at certain frequencies, creating the physical reality we experience. Everything we see, touch, and feel is, in fact, energy in different forms. We are connected to this energy, and we can interact with it.
Energy work, like Reiki, meditation, or even intention-setting, operates on the idea that we can influence the flow and balance of energy within our bodies and the world around us. Quantum physics shows us that consciousness affects reality – a concept known as the observer effect. This suggests that our focus, our thoughts, and our beliefs can shape the energy around us. So, if science is telling us that energy interacts with our consciousness, why is it still so hard to accept that we can harness and channel that energy for our own growth?
The Fear of Being Open-Minded
The resistance to energy work and open-mindedness stems from fear – fear of the unknown. It’s that feeling that creeps in when we start questioning long-held beliefs or explore new concepts that don’t fit into the neat boxes we’ve been taught to live in. People are naturally scared of things they don’t understand. And fear, as we know, is one of the most powerful tools used to control others.
The mainstream narrative, whether it’s religious, political, or scientific, often encourages us to stay within a rigid framework of thinking. We're told that truth has already been decided, that the answers have already been written down for us. And that makes life easier, right? We don’t have to challenge ourselves if we just accept what's given. But what if this “truth” is actually a method of control? What if the powers that be – those who hold authority – want to keep us from realizing the true power we hold within?
Because here’s the thing: If we all woke up to the idea that we have the ability to connect with the universe’s energy, to shape our reality with our thoughts and intentions, we would no longer need the systems that depend on us staying powerless. That’s why some people want to keep us in the dark about energy work, intuition, and spiritual freedom – because it threatens their control.
The Truth: Energy Work Makes More Sense
Energy work isn’t just spiritual fluff – it’s rooted in our natural ability to interact with the world around us. We are energy, and we are constantly exchanging energy with everything and everyone. Think about how plants respond to music, how people can "feel" someone’s mood in a room, or how a crowd’s energy can influence the outcome of an event. These are all forms of energy interaction. If we’re made of energy, why wouldn’t we be able to influence it? Why wouldn’t we be able to connect with it in a way that empowers us?
Yet, mainstream society dismisses energy work as “unscientific” or “nonsense.” The truth is, science backs up these concepts. Quantum mechanics, the study of the smallest particles of matter, shows that energy is everywhere and that our consciousness can influence it. Why would that not apply to the energy in our own bodies? Why wouldn’t we be able to affect our surroundings, our well-being, and our reality?
The mainstream narrative keeps pushing back against these ideas because they’re a threat to their control. If we were all empowered to understand and harness the energy around us, we wouldn’t need external sources to tell us what’s true. We could find the truth within ourselves.
Conclusion: We Aren’t the Crazy Ones
So, let’s be clear: the “crazy” ones are the ones who tell us we’re wrong for questioning the mainstream narrative, the ones who parrot ideas without truly understanding them. The ones who try to keep us small, fearful, and stuck in outdated beliefs.
We, the spiritualists, the seekers, the open-minded explorers, are not crazy. We’re the ones who dare to ask questions, who dare to seek deeper truths, and who dare to live authentically in a world that wants us to stay in line. We are the ones who listen to the universe’s whispers and trust that there’s more to life than what we’re told.
And if that’s crazy, then maybe crazy is the way to go. After all, in a world that’s been conditioned to fear and conform, maybe it’s the ones who refuse to follow the herd who are actually the most awake. We’re here to tap into the energy that makes up everything, to find our own truth, and to step into our power without fear.
Because at the end of the day, life goes on, and we’ll figure it out. But I’d rather die knowing I followed my heart and stayed true to the truth that set me free.
