How to Use (2 Ways):
Full Body Bath Soak – Add half the contents to warm bath water. Soak for 20–30 minutes to relax muscles, relieve stress, and unwind.
Shower Ritual or Targeted Relief – No tub? No problem. Sprinkle a small amount onto a damp washcloth and rub gently over shoulders, chest, or feet in the shower. You can also rub a pinch onto your temples (avoid eyes) and breathe deeply for a quick calming moment.
Directions:
This is a two-use bag. Pour half of the contents into your bath for one full-body soak. Save the rest for another day. If using in the shower, use a small handful at a time. Store sealed in a cool, dry place between uses.
